These terms apply to payments made to GovFin (Pty) Ltd for services purchased through this website.

Transaction currency
All online transactions are processed in South African Rand (ZAR). The website operates in a single transaction currency and does not offer multi-currency card transactions.
Pricing and VAT
Prices are confirmed before payment. Where VAT applies, the VAT treatment and inclusive total are shown before you pay. You will always see the full price before payment; no hidden charges are added during checkout.
Third-party fees
Some checks involve fees charged by institutions or other sources. Where these apply, they are disclosed as part of your quotation or order before payment.
How card details are handled
Card payments are processed through a secure, provider-hosted payment page. GovFin does not store your full card number, card security code (CVV), PIN or online-banking credentials. Never send card details by email, contact form or the verification portal.
Payment confirmation
An order is only treated as paid once the payment provider confirms the payment to GovFin. A browser redirect alone is not treated as proof of payment. You receive an order reference and a receipt once payment is confirmed.
Payment provider
Online card payments are not yet active on this website. GovFin will name its appointed commerce service provider here before Visa or Mastercard payments are accepted, and card payments will be enabled only after merchant onboarding is complete.
