Goods and services offered
GovFin provides digital professional services for qualification verification, authorised background-verification workflows, controlled evidence handling, request tracking and approved reporting. GovFin does not sell or deliver physical goods through this website.

Transaction currency
All website quotations, charges and refunds are denominated and processed only in South African Rand (ZAR). The website does not offer multi-currency card transactions.
Delivery policy
Services and outcomes are delivered electronically through the secure GovFin portal or another expressly authorised channel. Delivery begins after GovFin accepts the order, receives any required payment, and receives complete, lawful and usable information and consent.
Expected turnaround is stated in the applicable quotation or service scope. Provider, institution, applicant or customer delays may change that estimate. GovFin will communicate material delays using the customer's registered contact details.
Return, cancellation and refund policy
Digital professional services cannot be physically returned. A customer may request cancellation by contacting GovFin as soon as possible and quoting the relevant order or request reference.
If GovFin has not started the service, GovFin will refund amounts paid for that service. If work has started, any refund will be limited to the undelivered portion after deducting work already performed and non-recoverable third-party costs that were disclosed or reasonably required for the order. If GovFin cannot deliver an accepted service, GovFin will refund the amount paid for the undelivered portion.
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method where practicable. Processing time may depend on the bank or payment provider. Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Export and service restrictions
No physical goods are exported. The website is intended primarily for services supplied in South Africa. Cross-border requests or services involving information outside South Africa require prior written approval and may be declined where legal authority, provider coverage, sanctions, data-transfer safeguards or reliable source access cannot be confirmed.
Country of domicile
GovFin (Pty) Ltd is domiciled in the Republic of South Africa. These website terms and transactions are governed by South African law, subject to any mandatory rights and the jurisdiction provisions in an applicable signed agreement.
Online card payments
Online card payments are not currently active on this website. GovFin will identify its appointed commerce service provider here before Visa or Mastercard payments are accepted. Customers should not submit card details through email, contact forms or the verification portal.
