What clients need to know.
Contact GovFin if your question involves a specific institution, provider, deadline or legal purpose.
Contact customer serviceWhich verification services are available?
GovFin presents qualification and background verification workflows, with identity and employment verification subject to confirmed provider capability and an approved quotation.
Can organisations and individuals register?
Yes. Registration creates a verified, isolated client workspace used to submit and follow authorised requests.
How is pricing confirmed?
Transaction currency is South African Rand. GovFin confirms the approved base price and any permitted urgency surcharge before chargeable work proceeds.
How long does verification take?
Turnaround depends on the service, evidence quality, institution or provider response and approved urgency. A target is confirmed with the quotation rather than guaranteed publicly.
Are uploaded documents public?
No. Accepted files are renamed and stored outside the public web directory. Every download is authorised against the signed-in user and request.
Can GovFin request more information?
Yes. The request can move to an additional-information stage with a privacy-safe client message and a traceable status record.
When can I download the final report?
A report becomes client-visible only after the required review, approval and explicit release controls are complete.
Can I cancel or request a refund?
Contact customer service promptly. Eligibility depends on whether work has started, what has been delivered and whether third-party costs were incurred. The commercial terms provide the full policy.
